Role Description:

We are a family-run independent Insurance Agency (husband and wife team) looking for team-players and leaders, those with an entrepreneurial approach to business, and those who are passionate about serving their clients. No experience necessary.

This is a 1099 independently contracted, uncapped commission selling position. You will be selling life insurance policies only to people who have already submitted a request for someone to help them with life insurance or mortgage protection insurance (no cold calling).

We also have a leadership development program that enables the most ambitious sales professionals to actualize, develop, and grow their own agency (if that is their goal).

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Part Time: 1-2 sales/week: $900 - $2,000 /wk
  • Average: 3-5 sales/week: $1,500 - $2,500 /wk ($85k - $125k /year)
  • Above Average: 6-8 sales/week: $3,000 - $5,500 /wk ($150k - $300k /year)

  • Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed
  • You are humble, coachable, and teachable
  • Must be able to work independently, manage time effectively, and be comfortable with full commission sales
  • A moderate to high degree of computer proficiency
  • Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies).
  • Must be a United States Citizen
