Modern Family Law, a rapidly growing national family law firm, seeks a Sales Training Specialist to elevate attorney performance and growth across all locations. This remote role requires California residency and blends training, coaching, and innovation to deliver a client-centered experience.

You will design dynamic programs, coach attorneys in live sessions, and implement data-informed strategies that strengthen client conversion and drive firm growth, with leadership alignment to revenue

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant training experience supporting sales or client-facing teams.
• 3-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in professional services or legal sector.
• Strong foundation in consultative sales, active listening, needs assessment, and closing strategies.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate engaging, results-driven training sessions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce for tracking performance and reporting on key metrics.

• Accelerate market success by ensuring attorneys and staff are sales-ready from day one.
• Provide ongoing coaching to maintain and improve hire rates across locations.
• Centralize sales training and onboarding.
