About Us and the Role:

We are an independent Insurance Agency (husband and wife team) looking for team-players and leaders, who have an entrepreneurial approach to business and a strong commitment to helping people. Before we started our agency, Chris had a background in Global Sales and Kristen has a background as a Registered Nurse and Elementary School Teacher. That unique experience, paired with our unparalleled culture, technology, business model, and connections within the insurance industry ensure that our agents have the resources and support they need to achieve the results they desire.

We are looking for applicants who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what they’re worth through duplicatable and proven systems.

The company's primary areas of focus are Mortgage Protection, Life Insurance, Final Expense Planning, and Retirement Planning. You also have access to Advanced Market products like Indexed Universal Life Products (IUL’s), Fixed and Indexed Annuities, and a Debt-Free Life program that aims to get families out of debt in 9 years or less.

Work remotely from anywhere, part time or full time, set your own schedule, start your own agency if that’s your dream, and no limits on your income. No experience necessary.

This is a 1099 independently contracted, uncapped selling position. You will be considered a Licensed Life Insurance Agent & Broker, writing policies with one of our 40+ insurance carriers only to people who have submitted a request for someone to help them with insurance needs (no cold calling). With our proprietary lead generation and training systems in place, you will have the opportunity to earn what you are willing to work for.

We also have a leadership development program that enables the most ambitious sales professionals to establish, develop, and grow their own agency (*if* that is their goal).

We have both full and part time sales and insurance agency development roles available.

Here’s what that looks like:

  • Part Time: 1-2 sales /week: $1,000 - $2,000 /wk ($52k - $104k /year)
  • Average: 3-5 sales /week: $2,000 - $3,500 /wk ($85k - $182k /year)
  • Above Average: 6-8 sales /week: $3,500 - $5,500+ /wk ($182k -$286k+ /year)

We have full time agents averaging 12-15 sales per week in our agency!

Qualifications:

  • Must be a self-starter, a problem solver, and driven to succeed

  • Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients over the phone, Zoom, etc.
  • Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies). *If you aren't licensed, we walk you step by step through the licensing process.
  • Must be a US Citizen
