Role Description:

We are a family-run independent Insurance Agency (husband and wife team) seeking team-players and leaders, those with an entrepreneurial mindset, and those passionate about serving clients. Chris has a background in Global Sales, and Kristen is a Registered Nurse and Teacher. We are looking for applicants ready to learn, work hard, have fun, and earn what they’re worth through proven systems.

Work remotely from anywhere, part-time or full-time, set your own schedule, start your own agency if desired, with no income limits. No experience necessary.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role with uncapped commissions. You will sell life insurance policies only to clients who have already requested assistance (no cold calling). With our lead generation and training systems, you can build your own business and earn what you’re willing to work for.

We also offer a leadership development program for ambitious sales professionals to grow their own agency (if that’s their goal).

Roles available include full and part-time sales and agency development.

Sample earnings:

  • Part-Time (1-2 sales/week): $900 - $2,000/week
  • Average (3-5 sales/week): $1,500 - $2,500/week (~$85k - $125k/year)
  • Above Average (6-8 sales/week): $3,000 - $5,500/week (~$150k - $300k/year)

Full-time agents average 12-15 sales/week in our agency!
