$60,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

I previously worked as a Solutions Director for a Global Technology Services company and ran my agency part-time for 4 years before retiring in May 2023 after 28 years in the tech industry. My wife is the Director of Data Services for a non-profit charter school management company.

We followed our system and mentors, building our business to its current success. Now, we help others do the same. Our family-oriented environment prioritizes your needs. We work for you, helping you achieve your goals in this industry while assisting families in protecting their legacies.

The Position:

As an agent, you will assist families in planning for their future. Do they have a plan for unexpected tragedies to cover mortgage payments and other bills?

You will acquire clients through our advanced lead generation system. No cold calls are necessary—you won't need to call friends or family. We connect you with families seeking your help. You will follow up with interested families virtually. If you're not licensed, we will support you in obtaining your license. If you're new to sales, we will train you on how to communicate effectively and meet clients' needs using our systems.

You will be paired with a leader for guidance, and you'll have access to a whole agency of sales professionals eager to support your growth.
