What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct remote sales consultations with clients (via Zoom or phone)
  • Match families with life insurance coverage that fits their needs and budget
  • Follow a proven appointment and follow-up system
  • Set your own schedule and determine your own pace—part-time or full-time
  • Participate in training, mentorship, and coaching from top producers

What You Won’t Do:

  • Cold call or pressure sell
  • Chase friends and family
  • Be left to figure it out on your own

What You Bring:

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Comfort learning new tools (our platform is simple and supported)
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus—but not required
  • Coachability and a desire to grow
