Responsibilities

• Execute outbound outreach via phone, email, and CRM to founders, operators, and asset owners.
• Handle inbound and outbound responses professionally and efficiently.
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for senior members.
• Manage early-stage sales and origination funnels, including follow-ups and tracking.
• Maintain clean outreach records and funnel progression.
• Assist with light diligence coordination and data organization as conversations progress.
• Support internal reporting on funnel health and sourcing performance.
