A leading customer experience firm is seeking an Outbound Sales Representative fluent in English & German. This remote role involves proactive outreach to upsell FinTech solutions, managing a pipeline of opportunities, and adhering to quality metrics. Successful candidates will have at least one year of experience in sales or call center roles and possess strong communication skills. The position offers comprehensive training, attractive commissions, and various bonuses.
Outbound German Sales Representative – Spain (Remote)
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales professionals to join our dynamic team!
As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be be expected to consistently exceed quarterly sales targets through building a rapport with customers and identifying sales opportunities while adhering to quality & compliance metrics. The role consists of working with a high volume of outbound calls and emails to existing customer leads that are provided daily.
We work with some of the most prestigious and well-known companies in the world and you will be provided with comprehensive sales and product training, as well as mentorship and coaching from management & senior representatives.
Salary: Base €28,080, with €40,000 in On-Target Earnings (OTE).
Working hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT
