Job Details

Position: Remote Sales Representative

Location: Work from your home-based office

Pay Range: $50,000 - $95,000 per year (based on skills and experience)

This is a 100% commission-only sales position. Whether you are experienced or new to sales, we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. We also offer a part-time platform for referring agents.

Responsibilities:

• Help protect families financially through Equity & Mortgage Protection, Debt Elimination, Infinite Banking, Final Expense, Retirement Planning, and Retirement Preparation.
• Follow up with responders, schedule appointments, and conduct in-person or video consultations.
• Complete electronic applications and follow-up paperwork.
• Report your sales activities to the home office.
• Participate in ongoing sales training.
• Work with leads provided; no cold calling or prospecting required.

Qualifications:

• Possess or be willing to obtain a State Life Insurance License (training assistance available).
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old, eligible to work in the USA, pass background checks, and drug screening.
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with smartphones, computers, or tablets with a webcam.
• Self-motivated and able to build rapport with clients.
