The Gaines Agency, a family-owned independent insurance agency, is seeking motivated individuals nationwide to join our team. You will help families secure their financial futures through mortgage protection, income replacement, and life insurance, with virtual meetings and warm leads instead of cold calling.

Qualifications

• 3 to 25 years of work experience in a customer facing, sales, or self employed role.
• Currently or previously self employed, a business owner, or in a commission-based or fully remote role.
• Track record of hitting goals, quotas, or performance targets.
• Stable work history with demonstrated growth or promotion.
• Currently residing in the United States and able to work fully remote.
