Your Role:
This is a commission-only, remote Setter/Closer position at AK’s Sales Services. Your responsibilities include setting up high-quality sales calls and closing high-ticket deals for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospects and set qualified appointments.
- Manage CRM and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Process payments for closed deals and send out service agreements.
- Follow up persistently on pending deals to close them.
- Track and report your KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Attend daily sales huddles and training events.
- Invest in personal development to improve your skills.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, especially remote or high-ticket sales.
- Must be located in North America.
- Available full-time with a growth mindset.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Open-minded, coachable, eager to improve.
- Professional, prompt, courteous.
- Self-motivated and driven by success.
Compensation:
- 100% commission-based — no base salary, unlimited earning potential.
- Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from deals.
- Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commissions.
