Your Role:

This is a commission-only, remote Setter/Closer position at AK’s Sales Services. Your responsibilities include setting up high-quality sales calls and closing high-ticket deals for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and set qualified appointments.
  • Manage CRM and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Process payments for closed deals and send out service agreements.
  • Follow up persistently on pending deals to close them.
  • Track and report your KPIs (daily, weekly, monthly) to the Sales Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Attend daily sales huddles and training events.
  • Invest in personal development to improve your skills.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in sales, especially remote or high-ticket sales.
  • Must be located in North America.
  • Available full-time with a growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Open-minded, coachable, eager to improve.
  • Professional, prompt, courteous.
  • Self-motivated and driven by success.
Compensation:
  • 100% commission-based — no base salary, unlimited earning potential.
  • Earn 5-15% commission on cash collected from deals.
  • Deal sizes range from $5,000 to $100,000, with uncapped commissions.
  • Work remotely from anywhere, collaborating with a virtual team.
