Responsibilities
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Manage a sales pipeline using CRM, ensuring accurate documentation and follow-up
  • Educate prospects on workshop offerings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of products
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client service and communication
  • Report emerging patterns of client feedback to the Sales Manager for continuous improvement
Qualifications
  • Must be located in one of the states registered for business: FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, PA, TN, TX
  • Minimum of 1+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
  • High-volume transactional sales experience (e.g., gym memberships, event tickets)
  • Excellent communication skills over the phone and via video conferencing
  • Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain a sales pipeline
