Job summary

MissionHires is seeking motivated professionals for a full-time remote role to provide families and individuals with personalized advice and protection solutions, while working flexible hours from home.

You will contact pre-qualified leads, conduct virtual presentations to explain benefit programs, enroll clients in enrollment, and build strong relationships. License required or willingness to obtain; training provided.

Qualifications

• Coachable and growth-minded individuals eager to learn new skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
• Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a life and health insurance license — support provided if you don’t yet have one.
• Background in sales or customer service is an asset but not required.
