Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll run your own book of business under an independent contractor agreement. This role is commission-only with unlimited earning potential. You’ll work from home, generate your own leads, and meet with towing and recovery professionals in the DFW area.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and in-person visits.
• Present Tow Commander software solutions and demonstrate their value to clients.
• Upload all new client information into our CRM system for tracking and support.
• Build long-term relationships through follow-ups and ongoing support.
• Attend weekly virtual sales meetings for training, accountability, and strategy.
• Manage your own schedule — the more you put in, the more you get out.

What We’re Looking For

• Sales experience in towing, recovery, software, or outside sales strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals independently.

• Reliable transportation for client visits.
