Job summary

Globe Life American Income Division: Fisher Organization is seeking a Remote Sales Representative focused on Leadership Development. This role is 100% remote with performance-based compensation and structured training to advance into leadership.

You will meet with families virtually, present life insurance solutions, and follow a proven sales process while developing communication and leadership skills. Training and mentorship are provided to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Self-motivated, coachable and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willing to learn and follow a structured sales process.
• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to obtain a state life insurance license.
• Sales, customer service or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
• No prior insurance experience is required as training is provided.

Responsibilities
