Your role as Spanish Speaking Recruiter:

  • Proactively engage with job seekers and guide them toward life-changing opportunities abroad.
  • Provide excellent service through chat, WhatsApp, email, Facebook, and phone.
  • Utilize your sales skills to ensure a high conversion rate of recruits.
  • Organize and gather job seeker profiles and essential documents efficiently.
  • Manage and update our internal database of job seekers.
  • Translate content and communication between English and your native language.
  • Collect feedback post-placement to improve our services continuously.

What We’re Looking For

  • We’re seeking freelance professionals who:
  • Speaks fluently in Spanish (preferably native) and English.
  • Have experience in sales or a sales-oriented recruitment role.
  • Possesses excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Be comfortable using technology and have a stable internet connection.
  • Thrive under pressure, work hard to achieve results, and be competitive.
  • Be motivated by bonuses and excel in achieving targets.
  • Manage multiple tasks well while maintaining quality.
  • Show initiative, learn quickly, invest in learning, and remain determined.

What You’ll Gain

What We Expect in Your First 3 Months:

  • Month 3: 12-14 recruits – Hit your minimum target and go beyond!
