Role & responsibilities
1. Daily (100-120) calls to targeted leads of B2B buyers (retailers, shopkeepers and traders) and convert them to download and order from our Mobile App/Website.
2. Strong convincing is required to pitch the product offering on call.
3. Prompt responses via call/message for these retailers/buyers at all time for quick resolution of any problem/query.
Preferred candidate profile
1. Experience of minimum 1-2 yrs in tele-sales and client management.
2. Eager to learn new things and mold it according to the client's needs.
3. Relevant experience of tele-sales in electronic products is preferable.
