Training, coaching, and performance metrics are in place to guide you from day one. You will engage clients over video, explain benefit options simply, and help enroll when it’s a fit, while maintaining a regular follow-up rhythm.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to be coached and coached on performance metrics.
• Comfortable presenting options remotely and engaging clients on camera.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound conversations generated from warm leads (no cold calling).
• Explain financial-benefit options clearly to clients.
• Help clients enroll when it fits their needs.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm to move opportunities forward.
