Job summary

AO Garcia Agency is seeking motivated individuals for a remote sales role with upside. You will work with warm leads who have already requested help with financial-protection options.

Training, coaching, and performance metrics are in place to guide you from day one. You will engage clients over video, explain benefit options simply, and help enroll when it’s a fit, while maintaining a regular follow-up rhythm.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Willingness to be coached and coached on performance metrics.
• Comfortable presenting options remotely and engaging clients on camera.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound conversations generated from warm leads (no cold calling).
• Explain financial-benefit options clearly to clients.
• Help clients enroll when it fits their needs.
• Maintain a consistent follow-up rhythm to move opportunities forward.
