Position Overview:

We are looking for aRemote Sales Managerwith a proven track record infederal sales—particularly in theVA, DOD, and federal medical/pharmacy space. This is ahighly commission-basedopportunity offering uncapped earnings on profit, ideal for self-driven professionals who already have an existingbook of businessanddeep government sales experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with federal agencies including VA Medical Centers, DOD buyers, and federal pharmacies.
  • Utilize existing contacts and relationships within the government sector to drive sales.
  • Identify and pursue new federal contract opportunities through direct outreach and leveraging procurement platforms (e.g., SAM.gov, GSA eBuy).
  • Manage sales pipeline, negotiate terms, and close government contracts.
  • Maintain compliance with federal acquisition regulations and internal company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Must have 3+ years of experiencein federal/government sales.
  • Established book of businesswith proven relationships in VA, DOD, and/or government healthcare/pharmacy sectors.
  • Strong understanding offederal procurement processes, SDVOSB/8a advantages, and contract vehicles (e.g., FSS, GSA, BPAs).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent communication, follow-up, and client relationship skills.

Compensation:

  • High commission structurebased on net profit from government sales.
