We are seeking a motivated Remote Sales Manager to lead and develop a sales team while continuing to contribute to the agency's insurance sales efforts from a home office. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a remote team of insurance brokers, setting clear expectations and sales goals.
• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance, and model effective consultative selling for the team.
• Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• Guide team members through onboarding, licensing support, and ongoing product and sales training.
• Facilitate regular team meetings, role-play sessions, and one-on-one coaching to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
• Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets, and use results to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvement.
• Maintain accurate sales activity and client records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, and ensure team members do the same.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service.
• Contribute to a supportive, high-performance team culture that develops future leaders.
