The Camesi Agency is seeking a Remote Sales Manager to lead and develop a distributed team of insurance brokers from a home office. You will coach, model consultative selling, and drive performance while continuing to contribute to life and health insurance sales.

With a focus on mentorship, licensing support, and flexible schedules, this role offers uncapped commissions, comprehensive training, and a clear path to senior leadership within a small, growth-focused brokerage.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-driven and goal-oriented with leadership skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication with a consultative sales approach.
• Prior sales or team leadership experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a Life and Health insurance license; licensing support is provided.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace for client calls.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and motivate a remote team of insurance brokers and set sales goals.
• Conduct virtual consultations and model consultative selling for the team.
• Present life and health insurance solutions tailored to clients.
• Onboard licensing and provide ongoing product and sales training.
• Hold regular team meetings, role-play, and coaching to strengthen skills.
• Monitor performance against targets and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure team compliance.
• Build strong client relationships through follow-up and education.
• Support a culture that develops future leaders.
