You will build relationships, present products, follow up with leads, and deliver exceptional service before, during, and after enrollment. Evening hours and US residency are required.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with prospective clients, policyholders, or warm leads over phone, email, or Zoom.
• Fluent in English.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Availability to work evenings.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients and identify sales opportunities.
• Present insurance products clearly and guide customers through coverage options.
• Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process.
• Work closely with mentors and leadership to improve sales performance.
• Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment.
