Job Responsibilities
  • Leverage your technical expertise to identify customer needs and propose solutions in the wind industry.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet targets and grow our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and understand their needs.
  • Deliver presentations to technical staff and decision-makers.
  • Conduct market research and identify sales opportunities.
  • Network and participate in industry events to find new sales prospects.
  • Collaborate with engineering to meet customer requirements and improve products.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize profits.
  • Provide solutions aligned with client needs and stay informed on industry trends.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • At least 3 years of technical sales experience in the wind industry (REQUIRED).
  • Proven success in meeting sales quotas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and sales techniques.
  • Strong marketing, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to travel domestically up to 75%.
  • Technical understanding of wind energy products (REQUIRED).
