Job summary

Curvion Blue is seeking a Sales Director to lead and scale our remote, high-performing sales teams focused on alternative education programs. You will own revenue, manage key accounts, and drive both qualitative and quantitative improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes overseeing pipeline management, optimizing training, and partnering with marketing to improve lead flow and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sales teams in high-ticket, alternative education space (required).
• Strong lead-generation background for scalable growth across accounts.
• Ability to manage both qualitative (culture, training, rep development) and quantitative (metrics, KPIs, quotas) aspects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee pipeline management and CRM data accuracy.
• Conduct daily sales syncs and review reps performance.
• Develop training content for a sales training center and SOP adherence.
• Strategize deals with reps to increase sales and manage quotas.
• Ensure data-driven decisions through reporting and forecasting.
