We are an independent Insurance Brokerage Agency (husband and wife team) looking for professionals who are ready to learn the business, work hard, have fun, and finally earn what they’re worth through duplicable and proven systems.

We came into this business with *zero* insurance experience. Before we started our agency, Chris had a background in Global Sales and Kristen has a background as a Registered Nurse and Elementary School Teacher. That unique experience, paired with our Agency’s unparalleled culture and guidance, technology, turn-key business model, and connections within the insurance industry ensure that our agents have the resources and support they need to achieve the results they desire.

About the role:

Teleworking from anywhere using your phone and computer, you will be providing professional consulting advice to clients who have requested help (no cold calling), building tailored policies to meet your clients’ needs, and developing & maintaining your book of business through meaningful relationships with your clients.

Job functions:

You will help clients protect their family, their future and their Legacy through Mortgage Protection, Term & Whole Life Insurance, Final Expense products, Retirement planning, and Advanced Market products including Indexed Universal Life Products (IUL’s) as well as Fixed and Indexed Annuities.

Earning Potential:

Here’s what that looks like for an average agent in our Agency (@ an example $1,000 average annual premium value per policy written (*the average annual premium value per policy sold in our agency is actually higher than that)

  • Part Time: 1-2 sales /week: $1,000 – $2,000 /wk ($52k – $104k /year)
  • Average: 3-5 sales /week: $3,000 – $5,000 /wk ($156k – $260k /year)
  • Above Average: 6-8 sales /week: $6,000 – $8,000 /wk ($312k -$416k /year)

We have full time agents averaging 12-15 sales per week in our agency!

Qualifications:

  • High Integrity Individuals: You operate with high ethical standards and utmost professionalism in and out of business environments.
  • Independently Strong Work Ethic: You understand the value of hard work and know that your results are a direct reflection of your actions.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Internet access with a quiet work space, a functioning computer, and a personal phone, as we meet with clients virtually over the phone, Zoom, Crankwheel, etc.
  • Have or be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance license (clear background check- no felonies or recent bankruptcies). *If you aren’t licensed, we walk you step by step through the licensing process.
  • Must be a US Citizen for licensing requirements
