What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Maintain acceptable call metrics and performance standards, including effectiveness and quality

- Grow and nurture potential members toward becoming new patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of related phone contact work experience required
- Strong verbal communication skills including active listening
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Successful experience in a service industry is strongly preferred
- Successful customer care sales experience is a plus
- Experience with community relations
- Experience working with seniors or Medicare-eligible individuals
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
