Globe Life AO is hiring a Remote Sales Associate to work from home. No experience is required as full training and mentorship are provided.

You will meet with pre-qualified clients via Zoom or phone, present benefit options, assist with enrollment, and maintain digital records while developing sales skills for leadership opportunities. Ideal candidates are 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and comfortable with online tools.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with Zoom, email, and basic online tools.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Willing to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License (guidance provided).

Responsabilités

• Meet with pre-qualified clients through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
• Present benefit and protection options using our guided system
• Help clients complete applications and enrollment
• Maintain digital records and follow-ups
• Develop sales skills and progress toward leadership
