The Mank Agency is headquartered on the East Coast, but we are a fully distributed team working remotely from almost 50 states across the U.S. We also have three corporate offices in CA, NC, and NV for support.

As part of an industry-leading team, you will be responsible for building a Regional Sales team capable of reaching up to $350,000 in monthly sales within 3 to 3.5 years, along with personal sales of $20,000 to $60,000 monthly for up to three years. Top mentorship and training are provided, and we are seeking team members interested in mentoring and partnership.

Resources include a top Software Tool Kit, including an award-winning Virtual Sales Platform (100% REMOTE WORK), exclusive leads system, mentorship, training, performance-based promotion, monthly bonuses, a proven system with automation, and a flexible schedule. Starting part-time is possible.

Individual results vary. This is a commission-only 1099 position. Income is based on sales. Zero deductible health insurance, dental, and vision coverage are available.

Preferred qualifications: Commitment, coachability, consistent action, and a positive mindset.
