Position Overview

A salaried Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance Agent is responsible for selling, managing, and servicing P&C insurance policies. This role involves providing excellent customer service, assisting clients with their insurance needs, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The agent works under the supervision of an insurance company or agency and receives a fixed salary with potential performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales and Business Development

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients.
    • Present and explain insurance policies to clients, highlighting features and benefits.
