Covenant HR LLC is seeking a Senior SailPoint Architect to lead enterprise identity modernization and IIQ-to-ISC migrations. You will assess legacy IIQ environments, architect migration approaches, and guide stakeholders through complex transitions while ensuring data protection and security best practices.

Remote in the US contract opportunity (6–12 months) with strong customer-facing consulting responsibilities and deep technical leadership in SailPoint architectures.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on SailPoint IIQ/ISC experience with migration work.
• Deep knowledge of IIQ customizations, workflows, connectors, and reports.
• Experience guiding customers through complex migration projects.
• Familiarity with AI agents and security guardrails for data protection.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior SailPoint Architect for enterprise identity and migration projects.
• Assess existing IIQ environments, integrations, workflows, and reports.
• Determine rebuild or migration strategy for ISC equivalents of IIQ customizations.
• Provide architectural guidance to enable successful IIQ-to-ISC migrations.
• Collaborate with customers to clarify requirements and migration objectives.
• Manage expectations on platform differences, risks, and feasibility of legacy replication.
• Leverage agentic AI/LLMs to support workflows while safeguarding data.
• Communicate complex decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to simplify identity security processes.
• Work as a senior technical consultant with leadership across the engagement.
• Support a fully remote, US-based contract engagement for 6–12 months.
