Job summary

General Dynamics IT is seeking a Safety Lead for the Army TEN-M program. The role is remote with 25%–50% travel, requiring residence within 50 miles of a major airport and US citizenship.

You will guide safety during site installations, develop site-specific safety plans, and manage accident reporting for telecommunication towers and related tech. Preferred candidates hold a BS/BA with 10+ years in site safety and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA Degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 10+ years of site safety experience
• Secret Clearance

Responsibilities

• Ensures all safety standards are adhered to during site installation and that teams comply with local site policies
• Supports the development of the Safety Plan, including site-specific safety requirements, and ensures it is followed
• Prepares and submits accident reports as necessary
