StoreVeu is seeking a SaaS Technical Support Specialist to assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to our POS SaaS platform, ensuring a smooth experience for retail businesses.

The role is remote/Work From Home with full-time hours, typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET. You will work independently in a remote environment and support customers across our software platform.

Qualifications

2+ years of professional technical support experience.
Experience supporting SaaS or software products.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of web applications and software workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Customer-focused, able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues for the POS SaaS platform.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions and best practices.
Escalate complex problems as needed to Tier 2 support.
