Talent Shore Ltd. is seeking a Technical SEO & AI Systems Specialist to lead multi-language SEO across multiple sites and to shape how we use WordPress, automation, and AI tools to boost performance and innovation. The role blends SEO strategy with technical optimization and AI-enabled tooling.

You will work remotely from South Africa, applying data-driven methods to optimise across markets and languages, with opportunities to build AI-assisted tools and dashboards for SEO workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in on-page and off-page SEO.
• Proven track record in technical SEO and backlinking strategies.
• Experience with multi-language or international SEO.
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEMrush.
• WordPress knowledge across content management, plugins, and site structure.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Comfortable working with AI tools and automation opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-page and off-page SEO across multiple websites and languages.
• Perform audits, resolve technical issues, and implement improvements to site structure and performance.
• Develop and execute backlinking strategies to strengthen rankings.
• Optimise content for search performance across languages using SEO tools and guidelines.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics and Search Console, delivering clear insights.
• Utilise SEMrush for keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity discovery.
• Manage and optimise WordPress websites, including themes, plugins, and site performance.
• Support the development of dashboards, tools, and workflows to improve SEO processes.
• Stay updated with AI tools and explore automation opportunities.
