This task-based role offers flexible scheduling with no minimum hours and no fixed timetable. After passing a language skills assessment, you can access paid projects and earn up to $18 per hour for conversations that inform AI development.

Qualifications

• Must be fully fluent in Japanese.
• Fluent English for instructions and reporting.
• Natural conversationalist comfortable on video calls.
• Quiet environment with good headphones/mic for clear audio.
• Backgrounds in teaching, interpreting, customer service, or linguistics are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Have live conversations in Japanese with participants via video call.
• Discuss everyday topics with natural flow; no scripts or performance.
