Job summary

MANTECH International Corporation seeks an experienced RPA Developer to design, develop, and deliver UiPath-based automation for government-focused initiatives in a fully remote role. You will implement, debug, and demonstrate automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required: 5+ years RPA experience with UiPath, UiPath certification, knowledge of deployment pipelines, and strong technical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Math, or related field
• 5+ years of comparable work experience
• 2+ years of hands-on RPA development experience using UiPath
• Proficient in UiPath, with UiPath certification
• Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and applying Agile principles
• Familiarity with software development pipelines for deployment (e.g., Azure DevOps or comparable tools)
• Strong technical skills with a demonstrated ability to design and build technical solutions using UiPath technologies

Responsibilities

• Implement or modify RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, UiPath Orchestrator, REFramework, and associated automation tools.
• Debug complex software components and automation workflows.
• Conduct unit testing and provide demonstrations of completed work to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, process owners, and other team members to deliver robust solutions.
• Provide change logs and documentation necessary to adhere to product build and release guidelines.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, such as Process Design Documents (PDD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
• Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Engage directly with stakeholders and end-users to gather process requirements and provide product demonstrations.
