Job Description

• Need Oracle Fusion CX Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in Scrum methodologies and proficiency in Jira.
• The successful candidate will lead and manage Oracle Fusion projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Must have a strong background in project management, Oracle Fusion applications, including Oracle CX applications, and Agile methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years of consulting experience, with at least 4 years managing projects/programs within the relevant industry or domain.
• Proven experience managing Oracle Fusion CX application projects from initiation to completion.
• At least 2 years managing large, complex projects valued up to $5 million annually.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and proficiency in Jira.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications such as PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion applications implementation is highly desirable.
• Experience in business process redesign, change management, and information planning to identify new business opportunities.
• Proven track record in client engagement and relationship management.
