A nationwide staffing firm is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to train teams on Agile/Scrum practices. The candidate must be a Certified Scrum Trainer with over 3 years of experience and adept in using tools like Jira. The role is remote, offering $70-74/hour with benefits after a qualification period.

This role will involve training the team on using Agile/Scrum practices and implementing Scrum based practices within multiple IT projects.
Will help standardize Scrum practice by assessing the Scrum maturity of the team, organizing and coaching the team to higher level of maturity
Will be responsible for setting up processes, dashboards, and stories in Jira
Will teach teams on daily standups, building appropriate engineering metrics like burn down charts, velocity metrics, resource capacity metrics, etc. and standardize them across IT Supporting and educating the Product Owner especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
Will be guiding the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in Agile/Scrum frameworks
Responsible for assisting with internal communication, improving transparency, and radiating information, facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution and removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments
