Job summary

Cinnamon, a Roblox studio, is seeking an artist to build maps and environments for Roblox. You will work directly with programmers, designers and founders on a small team where your work ships and is seen by players.

Use Roblox Studio with Blender or Maya, own content from concept to implementation, contribute to world-building and visual identity, and help create memorable environments for live titles.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building maps and environments for Roblox.
• Strong Roblox Studio experience.
• Experience with Blender, Maya or equivalent software.
• Strong understanding of modelling, optimisation and production workflows.
• Excellent artistic eye for shape, composition, proportion and colour.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality Roblox maps, environments, props and assets
• Build and implement environments directly in Roblox Studio
• Contribute to world-building and visual identity
• Work closely with programmers, designers and other artists
• Optimise environments for large-scale live games
• Take ownership of content from concept through implementation
• Contribute ideas that improve the player experience
