Job summary

Mercy's Virtual triage program seeks an experienced RN to deliver high-quality care in a 24/7 virtual setting. You will coordinate patient education, triage, and care planning under the Medical Director across OBGYN or Pediatrics specialties.

The role requires 5+ years of direct nursing experience, BSN, active RN license, and BLS within 6 months of hire. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice or eligible for licensure in another state.
• BSN degree required; RN program graduation completed.
• BLS certification within 6 months of hire.
• Minimum of 5 years diversified direct clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care via Mercy vAcute telehealth program with 24/7 coverage.
• Educate patients and coordinate care across virtual triage and specialty areas.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and care teams to plan patient care.
• Demonstrate strong communication with patients and families in a virtual setting.
