Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services is seeking a Registered Nurse for the OBGYN Triage telehealth team. The role involves independent telehealth nursing, using standing orders, and coordinating care between physicians and patients. Strong interpersonal skills, patient advocacy, and mentoring capabilities are essential.

The position schedules Monday–Friday, 32 hours weekly, with on-site training and the option to telecommute after training. MN residency is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing program resulting in ADN, Diploma, or BSN.
• 1+ year of broad-based nursing experience in clinic, hospital, urgent care, or transitional care.
• Must have Minnesota RN license.
• BLS provider status per AHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth nursing services to patients and families.
• Follow Park Nicollet/Triage guidelines and standing orders.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, patients and staff to coordinate care.
• Mentor team members and support collaborative problem solving.
