Job summary

Park Nicollet Health Services seeks a Registered Nurse to join the OBGYN Triage team on our Nurse Line. This telehealth nursing role provides professional care by phone, following a systematic approach to assessment and evaluation to support patients and families. Requirements include Minnesota RN licensure and 1+ year of nursing experience in clinical settings.

Training is on-site; after training, work may be remote. Schedule is Monday–Friday, about 32 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Graduate from nursing program with an associate, diploma, or baccalaureate degree in nursing.
• One or more years of nursing experience in clinic, hospital, urgent care, or transitional care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth nursing services via phone with assessment, planning, and evaluation.
• Serve as liaison between physicians, patients, and staff to coordinate care.
• Mentor team members and participate in issue resolution within the department.
