Job summary

Messino Cancer Centers seeks a Clinical Research Coordinator III (RN) to oversee research study performance under PI supervision. The role requires independent, accurate work across complex interventional trial designs (phase 1-3) with strong regulatory knowledge and adherence to organizational policies.

Responsibilities include protocol comprehension, feasibility assessments, informed consent discussions, adverse event reporting, and maintenance of investigational product records.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years nursing experience required, oncology preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Nursing is required.
• Unencumbered RN License in state of employment or multi-state license.
• Valid state Driver’s License for travel to satellite offices and offsite meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for patients on clinical research protocols per GCP/ICH-FDA guidelines.
• Review and interpret diagnostic test results and related documentation per protocol.
• Dispense study medication following protocol requirements and maintain accountability.
• Maintain accurate records of receipt, inventory, distribution and destruction of study materials.
• Ensure investigational drug storage, handling and return per sponsor guidelines.
