Qualifications

• Strong written and oral communication; ability to work with diverse disciplines.
• Ability to compile quality reports and facilitate data-driven improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor an outcomes-based reporting system for high-risk diagnoses and specific patient populations.
• Prepare quality reports related to care for hospital departments and regulatory bodies.
• Produce data reports in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Apply data collection techniques and improvement methods (e.g., PDCA, Lean Six Sigma).
• Lead education programs and workshops; manage projects and timelines.
