Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse to join our Home Health and Hospice team serving patients in the St George area. This role emphasizes autonomous practice, compassionate in-home care, and collaboration with a supportive interdisciplinary team.

You will assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based care in patients' homes, using technology to document care and educate patients and caregivers. A BSN is required by April 27, 2025, with prior RN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN License in state of practice.
• BLS Certification for healthcare providers.
• Current driver’s license, insured and reliable transportation and an acceptable driving record
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• RNs with less than 12 months of working experience as an RN prior to joining Intermountain must obtain their BSN within 4 years of their start date.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
