Job summary

Salvo Health is seeking a bilingual Registered Nurse to join our telehealth-focused care team in the United States. You will provide disease management, health education, and coordinated care to patients with chronic gut and metabolic conditions, aligning with a cross-functional product team to improve the in-app patient experience.

The role requires an active RN license in the applicable state, at least 2 years of patient-facing experience, strong communication skills and comfort with digital

Qualifications

• RN license required in the applicable state.
• Bilingual (Spanish) with strong writing and speaking skills.
• 2+ years of experience as a registered nurse.
• 2+ years in patient-facing or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and general medical office procedures.
• Familiarity with digital tools (Slack, Coda, Google Workspace).
• Analytical, proactive problem solving and strategic thinking.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Healthcare startup or telehealth experience preferred.
• GI, weight management or anti-obesity meds experience a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care, disease management and health education to patients.
• Support goal setting for individuals to help manage chronic conditions.
• Create personalized action plans with guidelines to reduce unwanted behaviors.
• Help clients understand motivations and create behavior change plans.
• Regular outreach to patients to support engagement and elicit behavior change.
• Coordinate with clinical team members for an exceptional patient experience.
• Develop relationships with patients and team members.
• Create and distribute health education materials as needed.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional product team to improve the in-app patient experience.
