• Other Skills: Interpersonal and communication skills; typing 60 WPM; analytical and problem‑solving skills; proficient with Microsoft software.

Responsibilities

• Provide digital care across OSF for diverse patient populations.
• Perform symptom assessment, patient education, and preventative care.
• Deliver psychosocial support and timely, individualized care.
• Collaborate with care team, act as patient advocate and ensure cost‑effective care.
