Baptist Health in Florida is seeking a Compliance Auditor (RN) to support governance, clinical, and revenue-focused auditing activities across hospital service lines. You will partner with leadership to evaluate documentation, coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and internal controls.

The ideal candidate has a strong nursing background and experience in healthcare auditing or revenue integrity, with an emphasis on improving processes and mitigating risk.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• 5+ years of healthcare auditing or related compliance work preferred.
• Experience with medical coding, DRG validation, and documentation review preferred.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct compliance, clinical, and revenue audits across hospital service lines and locations.
• Review medical records, charges, and coding for accuracy and compliance.
• Audit facility coding and DRG assignments to ensure proper reimbursement.
• Analyze findings and develop action plans to strengthen controls.
• Prepare audit reports and communicate results to leadership.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations and coding guidelines.
