Job summary
Centene Corporation is seeking a remote Compliance Auditor to participate in auditing, monitoring, and oversight of Centene and its third parties' compliance programs. You will prepare written reports, drive remediation, and assess corrective actions across government-sponsored health care requirements.
Ideal candidates have RN/LPN licensure, CHC/CCEP/CIA/CFE certifications, and 5+ years of related experience in care management, utilization management, and audit activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field required.
- 5+ years of related experience required.
- RN or LPN license preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare written reports on audit, oversight and monitoring activity findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate to direct compliance issues to appropriate channels for research and resolution.
- Review and evaluate the status and effectiveness of corrective action plans and provide comprehensive follow up.
- Educate and assist internal teams and third parties to maintain integrity through oversight and monitoring.
- Assist in assessment of new and amended government-sponsored health care program contracts and requirements.
- Serve as a compliance advisor to business units with focus on care management, utilization management, and quality oversight.
