Job summary

Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialist (CDIS) to improve the quality and completeness of clinical documentation. You will work with physicians and clinicians to ensure documentation reflects the level of service provided.

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, valid RN license, 3+ years acute care nursing and 2+ years CDIS in acute care. Epic and 3M 360 experience preferred; proficient in MS Office/MS Teams; ability to troubleshoot remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; RN license required.
• Minimum 3 years acute care nursing experience; 2+ years CDIS in acute care hospital.
• Epic and 3M 360 experience preferred; MS Office and MS Teams proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Improve the quality and completeness of clinical documentation.
